And just a few miles more to everything else! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all the action (& tacos). After a day of foodie-ing, park-hopping, or blackjack-flopping, kick back with a refreshing pool dip, a comfy vibe, and a rallying rest for some Vegas nightlife. 🖊️The Fine Print🖊️ 🌅🌆 Early check-in and late checkout are an offered when available. However, if your check-in is we the same day as checkout, it will likely not be available. If you are interested in either, please ask for availability at the time of booking. The cost is $23.00 per hour early or late. 🪟 In the spirit of total transparency, we do charge a small property management fee ($38) per stay to help cover cost of water, gas, and electric, and internet. This helps us keep our nightly rate more reasonable for all the amazing guests (like you!) that we have booking our place. :) 🌊 Our pool is cleaned twice weekly, typically on Tuesdays and Fridays. We do this to ensure the best possible pool conditions for our guests. However, Vegas is well known for it's high winds out of nowhere, so occasionally some debris will blow in the pool. To remedy this, we've provided a pool net attached to a pole for guest use in case it's needed. ⛔ We always aim to provide the best experience for our amazing guests, however, we do not allow any events or parties at our place. This is due to city ordinance and respect for our friendly neighbors. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and thank you ahead of time for minding this rule. Cheers! 📷 We have outfitted the exterior door at the front of our home with a Ring doorbell camera that is actively recording video and audio to ensure safety for our guests. This is the only camera on the property.

Very established quiet and cozy neighborhood set just off main Vegas roads. We are close to everything Vegas has to offer from basic amenities to all the fun and amazing things you'd expect from a vacation in Las Vegas.
Guest Access
We provide super simple access in and out of the house with an electronic keypad lock. We are super close to vacation essentials like groceries, gas stations, pharmacy, big box stores, and gyms. Along with must try restaurants of all kinds. Dim sum, burgers, pizza, donuts, bahn mi, tacos, KBBQ, and waffle sandwiches just to name a few!

Our place is central to all the city of Las Vegas has to offer. Just 3miles to the strip, T-Mobile Arena, and Allegiant Stadium. And just minutes to the most popular visitor spots in the city! Did you know that Vegas has a great bus system that is way more affordable than the crazy Lyft/Uber prices? - AND it has 39 routes and 400 buses running daily? - AND it runs and and stops right in our neighborhood? :) Using RTC transit services offers a quick, safe, and affordable way to see the sites on the Strip and in Downtown Las Vegas. Buses regularly stop at points along both routes, so riders can jump on and off while sightseeing. The Las Vegas Deuce is a double-decker air-conditioned bus that runs along the Strip with room for up to 97 people. The best part about it is the price! - $6 for 2 hours - $8 for a day pass (24 hours) - $20 for a 3 day pass Download the RTC App to buy bus passes and see the bus routes. Get all the info you need on the transit buses on the Tripsavvy website. Just search "Vegas Transit bus" on the interwebs. :)
