My place is a one bedroom, one bathroom home that's 674 sq ft in a quiet and comfy residential neighborhood. We offer all the amenities you'd need for a short or longer stay. We offer a full gourmet kitchen with gas burners, large bathroom with spa style shower, a private backyard with great mountain views, and a king size bed for ultimate comfort. We also have an in-unit washer dryer for convenience, and a desk for those that are on a work-cation. We can comfortable sleep up to 4 adults as we have the aforementioned king bed as well as a premium 18 inch queen sized air mattress with a quick inflate electronic pump attached that comes with comfy pillows and linens. We are close to all essential businesses which include grocery stores, gas stations, post office, gym, hospital, restaurants, pharmacies, and more. We're also just a 4 minute drive to major freeways for quick access to downtown Phoenix or the east valley (Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, etc.).
Other Details to Note
While children are welcome to stay, please note that the space is not well suited for infants and toddlers. We love little ones, but want to be transparent about the space we are providing.

Peaceful and relaxing environment, new apartment with natural mountain surroundings and quiet roads surrounding us. Next to newer suburban neighborhoods and only a couple miles to necessary amenities like grocery and big box stores, pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and medical facilities.
Guest Access
Full access to the entire apartment, the backyard, and the attached one car garage. Entry into the apartment will be accessed by using a keycode on our electronic door lock. *Note: Garage is not available for parking. It can only be used for storage of items you are traveling with. (Bikes, luggage, ice chests, etc.)
Location
Plenty of areas to go for walks and just a short drive to hiking trails. Having a car or a rental car would be ideal to get around, otherwise ride share options like Lyft and Uber would be best for transportation. If carry a lot items is not a necessity, biking to local stores and restaurants is possible.
