I was in contact the day before to ask for an earlier check-in if it was available and it was sorted out promptly.
the house had everything needed for the stay. We didn't opt for pool heat and it certainly didn't need it when we visited- pool was warm for the whole stay.
check in was easy and everything explained well.
A lovely place to stay at the end of our trip- thank you.

We stayed at Ryan's place for 6 days. The house was very clean, all amenities needed were there, linens were fresh, pool was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable (we only slept on the bed in room with the tiger mural on the wall). The neighborhood was very quiet and stores, restaurants, and gas stations were within a few minutes drive of the house. We would love to return if we vosit Vegas again!

Ryan is an amazing host! Whatever needs you may have, ( we had small questions about oven and bedsheet), he will replay to you immediately proving solutions and support, we had wonderful time

This Air BNB offered the peace and serenity I needed. The decor was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely book again when back on business in the area. It is also a great location and close to the freeway. Ryan is a wonderful host and is quick to respond to messages.

awesome spot initially had trouble with the app booked the wrong date Airbnb was trying to overcharge some convenience fee Ryan was able to get it all worked out had it last minute cancellation and got us the dates we needed in a rush awesome spot awesome service

We stayed at Ryan’s accommodation for 3 months in Phoenix/Laveen Village.
Upon arrival, Ryan had the place fully stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. The place was ready to call home the minute you stepped in.
Ryan was a gracious host solving any issues we had with the unit (very little) in a very timely fashion. He was very communicative and made sure to answer any questions we had.
Being as it was our first time in Phoenix, Ryan was very helpful in recommending grocery spots, restaurants, & general things to do while in the area.
Overall we could not have asked for a better experience during our stay and if we ever come back, Ryan’s unit will be the first place we attempt to book.
